You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easier
Please send us a email with your order number and e-mail to process your return & exchange online.

Our return policy
You can return unworn items within 14 days. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After reviewing the return, we will issue a refund (minus 20 USD for return shipping) according to your chosen payment method. Processing and refund can take up to 7 days. For more information please see our cancellation policy for more information.

What you cannot return
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. Of course it is okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you are returning.

Items that have been significantly worn or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a label for returns from abroad. Please note that the direct costs of returning goods from abroad are to be borne by you.
