Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer if:

Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts that are not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to post.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item for more than $75, you should use a trackable shipping carrier or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
